INSTRUCTIONS
Take 1-2 tablespoons Green formula and 1 or 2 scoops protein formula and 1 tablespoon Vitamin C every
morning, either with water or green smoothie. Do not drink straight fruit juice by itself anytime- sugar is too
concentrated. Green smoothies should be half greens, half fruit (frozen is ok), herbal powders, 2 teaspoons
of Udo’s oil or flax or hemp oil and 2 cups water or fruit juice. If you work out or use your muscles a lot,
take some more protein after the exercise. Do not take the green formula after 4 pm or it might keep you
up all night.
The Vitamin C can also be taken all day long with anything. You cannot take too much, It is just dried fruits
that are high in vitamin C. We sometimes put half a cup of it on our deserts!
Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Within 1-2 hours of bed, take 1 tablespoon (or 4-6 capsules) of Night Formula
with water or coconut water. This can be increased to 2 Tablespoons (or 6-12 capsules) for more power.
