Wholesale Terms of Service

1. Minimum Order Quantity

For wholesale customers of MarkusProducts.com the minimum order quantity is 24 of any item. An example order might include: 24 Green Formula, 50 Vitamin C, 230 Kidney formula, etc. All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

2. How to Place an Order

Wholesale orders with quantities between 24 and 249 must be placed at MarkusProducts.com and paid in full at the time of ordering. For wholesale orders of 250+ of any item, please email info@markusproducts.com so we can send you a custom invoice and place the order for you at the manufacturer. All orders must be paid in full before production begins, and you are responsible for all freight scheduling and charges, including any customs or insurance fees. Please allow two months for production. All orders of this type are Free Carrier.

3. MSRP

Products or goods purchased from MarkusProducts.com shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to info@markusproducts.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized wholesalers will receive a discount off the MSRP. There are no shipping discounts. All wholesale accounts are ineligible for coupons and/or loyalty rewards points. Prices are subject to change without notice, as the cost of ingredients varies from time-to-time.

6. Payments

MarkusProducts.com accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), PayPal payments, Checks, and Money Orders.

7. Delivery Window

Wholesale orders with quantities between 24 and 249 will ship within 2 - 7 business days, provided the ordered items are in stock. For wholesale orders of 250+ of any item, please allow two months for production.

8. US Shipping

For USA wholesale orders, shipping is not included in our wholesale pricing. For all USA wholesale orders, freight will be charged on each order using real-time rates from either UPS or the US Postal Service.

9. International Shipping

For International wholesale orders, shipping is not included in our wholesale pricing. For all International wholesale orders, freight will be charged on each order using real-time rates from DHL.

10. Exclusivity

Currently, all wholesalers are allowed to sell on their websites, social media accounts, and retail locations. You may not, however, sell on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Jet, or other marketplace type sites. That is reserved for Markus Products and its distribution partner.

11. Order Errors and Damage

MarkusProducts.com is not responsible for any order errors you make or for any order once it leaves the warehouse. If you have a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. The phone number can be found in your shipment confirmation email.
